Parent Talks

Empowering parents and carers with clear, research-backed insights and honest guidance. These engaging sessions explore the everyday realities families face, combining evidence with lived experience to spark vital conversations—expert led with zero judgement and a positive approach.

The Tech Talk

Led by experts and grounded in the latest research, this evidence-based session offers strategies for families who want to delay the first smartphone, as well as practical guidance for those already using smart devices.

The Healthy Selfie

    Parenting teenagers in the digital age can feel overwhelming. This talk equips parents with practical and applicable strategies to help teenagers manage the psychological impacts of social media, reduce their dependence on their devices, and protect real-world self-worth.

School Workshops

Interactive, action-oriented, collaborative classroom sessions that inspire students to reflect thoughtfully on their own screen time, digital habits, and choices.

  • The Details: 60 minutes per session, 30 pupils each workshop (up to 4 workshops/day)

  • Investment: currently funded for State Schools. £120/workshop for Independent Schools

Me and My Screen (KS2)
  • ✏️ Content:

    An evidence-based, PSHE-aligned session that helps primary students critically evaluate their device habits and technology use.

    Through interactive group challenges and powerful questions, children weigh up the pros and cons of the internet, explore how gaming and screen time affect their sleep and mood, and discover how to build a healthy digital balance.

    Highly rated by both staff and students, this workshop empowers children with a practical guide for positive habit-making, helping them confidently navigate the digital world in which they live.

Me and My Self Esteem (KS2)
  • ✏️ Content:

    An honest, collaborative exploration of how online spaces and digital devices shape the way children view themselves and the world around them.

    Through custom games and real-world dilemmas, students explore the key ingredients for a flourishing childhood, reflect on how social media can affect self-esteem, and examine the impact of cyberbullying on both themselves and their peers.

    The workshop equips children with practical safeguards against cyberbullying, alongside strategies to build confidence, resilience, and healthy self-worth. 


    *This is a follow‑on workshop. Students must have attended “Me and My Screen” before taking part.

The Healthy Selfie Assembly

    A powerful, impactful session that challenges secondary students to look past the "curated feed." Through an honest exploration of the attention economy and persuasive design, students discover how social media and algorithms impact their time, focus, and dopamine pathways. This engaging presentation motivates teens to establish healthy digital boundaries, look beyond online comparison, and confidently prioritise their real-world mental health and potential.

Delay is the Way (KS2 Family Workshop)

    An interactive session for parents and carers to attend with their children.

    This quiz-based workshop reframes the conversation around smartphones from one of restriction to one of collective choice, helping families come together to create shared, healthy, and happy digital boundaries.

    It has a strong focus on supporting families who wish to delay a child’s first smartphone and unite around this decision.
