When Jen’s daughter asked for a smartphone for her 5th birthday, she was shocked... That moment ignited Jen’s passion to support parents in navigating family life in today’s tech driven world. She believes strongly in the role we play as parents in modelling healthy, positive relationships with technology.

Alongside this, Jen is a Business Coach and Speaker, running her business, Jen Lister Strategy. She lives in Colchester with her husband, Ben, a sports photographer, and their two children.
