Dr. Victoria Joesbury

Victoria is a GP in The Wirral, Merseyside and has been concerned about the detrimental effect that the increase in smartphone and screen use has been having on young people.

She is a parent to four children, two of whom already have smartphones and has seen first hand some of the problems this has caused. She became a regional leader for the grassroots movement Smartphone Free Childhood in 2024 to help raise awareness and support parents.
