Dr. Claire Lunham

Claire is a HCPC registered Senior Specialist Educational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working to support children’s learning, mental health and wellbeing. In the course of her work, Claire is witnessing the negative impacts of excessive technology use on children, teens, families and schools on a daily basis.

Claire has been working across the West Midlands to increase awareness of the issues and has been supporting families and schools to delay children’s access to smartphones and social media. As a mother of two primary-aged children, Claire is navigating the challenges experienced by families across the country as she endeavours to minimise tech-related harms whilst trying to prevent her children from feeling left out.
